1) Corporate Governance Advisory

  • Our corporate advisory includes secretariat services
    (regulated by Securities and Exchange Commission of
    Pakistan (SECP)) which involves:
  • Advisory on laws regulate by SECP, e.g. Companies Act,
    Limited Liability Partnership Act, Anti Money Laundering
    Act etc;

    according to tax laws and other requirements;
